  2. Peel backing and attach one decal to the top left corner of each license plate.
  3. Do not separate the two part decal for 24 hours after first attachment.
  4. Remove the GDL Decal as necessary by pulling apart the hook-and-loop front while leaving the backing securely attached to the license plate.
  5. Make sure you re-attach the Red GDL Decal when the vehicle is operated by a restricted driver.
